Registration fees include: book of abstracts, proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks on the 17, 18 and 19 May, welcoming cocktail on the 16 May, evening reception on the 18 May, shuttle service between hotels and the conference venue.

Important notice:

• Each accepted paper (oral presentation or poster) should be accompanied by one full registration (not a student one).
• Each participant (full registration only) may present up to two papers (oral presentation or poster).

Please, note that you can pay your registrations fees choosing one of the currencies below and later on make additional orders in any of the accepted currencies (Euros or Yuans).

Payment in Euro (€)

If you choose to pay in Euro, you will have to select one of the following methods of payment:

• VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard credit cards for online payment using a secure site (no additional fees).
• Cheque payable in France (20 € additional administrative expenses)

We will try and set up all possible means to enable people registering on site to pay on line by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard). If, for circumstances beyond our control, the Internet connection with our bank service would not be available, we reserve the right to require payment of amounts due either by cheque payable in France or by cash, in Euros.

Payment in Yuan (¥)

If you choose to pay in Yuan, your registration and/or additional order request(s) will be sent to the Chinese organising team of the conference and they will get in touch with you in order to arrange the payment of your registration and/or additional orders.

 

 

Confirmation of registration

You will receive a copy of your registration application by email.
Confirmation of registration will be sent by email once payment or original order form and/or proof of your student status has been received.

 

Cancellation conditions

Any cancellation request must be done by clicking on the "Cancellation" button of your personal space or sent by email at registration@wasteeng.cborg.net
The following cancellation fees will be applied:

• 100 €/350¥ for any cancellation request received before the 15 April 2010
• 50% of registration fees for any cancellation request received between the 15 April and the 30 April 2010
• 100% of registration fees for any cancellation request received after the 30 April 2010

In the event of dispute, the only competent court will be the one of Albi (France).
